We have a wide variety of finishes to chose from. Unless otherwise specified, all of our walking-sticks are given a semi-gloss clear-coat finish to protect them from the elements. A clear finish also brings out the natural grain in the wood.
These are our flagship pieces. Whether you need a little support due to a medical condition, or you’re an avid hiker/camper, or just for occasional recreational family strolls, a walking-stick is a very practical accessory to have in hand. They also make magnificent decorative pieces that add character and beauty to any room, and are an ideal gift with a special, personal touch!
Finishes:
Some clients may prefer to have a dark stain applied under the clear-coat finish. Other clients may wish to have a color stain applied to certain designs on the piece for emphasis. Whatever your preference, we can accommodate just about any finish you can dream up.
Once completed, each walking-stick is fitted with a rubber foot for greater traction. Ice-pick attachments are also available for winter conditions.
