Welcome to
Acou-Sticks is a one-man operation - namely me, Luc Langlois. : ) It grew out of my passion for my two favourite hobbies: music and woodcrafts (walking-sticks in particular). When it became clear to me that these hobbies were becoming more than just hobbies, it seemed only natural to merge both of my creative outlets into one umbrella project.
The woodcrafts wing of Acou-Sticks offers a wide range of custom designed pyrography pieces (woodburning) that are ideal for any occasion. Whether you're looking for something unique for that hard-to-buy-for person on your list, or something distinctive to compliment your own living-room, you're sure to find it here.

So how does music fit into the picture? Music has always been an important part of my life; I've been playing a variety of musical instruments for many years. In fact, the sound clip in the Flash intro to this site is an original composition by my current band "Blind Dog Willy".
